Box Bite | Our Story

Bold Little Bites, Built for This Town

Box Bite began with a simple but ambitious idea: to create a food experience people had never had before.

A Fresh Start in American Fork

Box Bite opened along the Wasatch Front — not an obvious spot for a Brazilian-inspired Bite concept. Bold food doesn't wait for a trendy address.
Original Concept, Unforgettable Flavor: The Bite

Original Concept, Unforgettable Flavor: The Bite

Our founder, Marcello Contadini, did not want to open just another restaurant or reproduce something that already existed. He wanted to develop an original concept—something convenient, memorable, and capable of surprising people with every flavor. That is how the Bite was born. Some of our customers say it looks like a gourmet mini pizza. It is an easy visual comparison, but a Bite is not a mini pizza. We do not use sauce as a base because we believe the fillings should be the main attraction. Every combination is developed so that its ingredients, aromas, and textures can stand out in every bite.
From Concept to Craft: How Box Bite Is Made

From Concept to Craft: How Box Bite Is Made

Marcello personally created every flavor and developed the recipes that define Box Bite: our dough, signature cream cheese, marinara, and ranch dipping sauce. These recipes were not selected from a catalog or copied from another brand. Each one was tested, refined, and perfected until it achieved the balance he envisioned. Our dough is prepared fresh, our food is made with care from start to finish, and our Bites come in more than 40 flavors, ranging from familiar favorites to unexpected creations — including both savory and sweet options. No shortcuts and no impersonal mass production. Box Bite is a company built by people, for people. Behind every box is the work of a team, the vision of a founder, and a genuine desire to turn an ordinary meal into a memorable moment. This is our story: a concept created from the ground up, an experience.
